What is the name of the cartoon?

there was a cartoon here in greece in 90's in which there was a frankenstein a mummy a little guy and they were going out with a car(maybe they were going to the town (for this i'm not sure)).i think that the frankenstein's head was so big that it was out of the top of the car.help me please.it' an emergency.i will give 1000$ to the guy who will find the famous name of the cartoon.H.E.L.P
