My friend gets beaten im i doing the right thing?

Hey guys, one of my Friends Chenoa is being beatin by her big brother abd her sister, and her mom, 2 brothers, and her sister does drugs, me and her have like the same lives, so i was talking to my sister about it ' and who is adopting me *shes 27, andbim 12*' and i asked her not to tell my social worker, so shes spazing at me saying stuff like " WHAT THE F**** ISWRONG WITH YOU CHANCEY, IM NOT GONNA SIT HERE AND KNOW A LITTLE GIRLS BEING BEATING!!!" and i was telling her Chenoa doesnt want to go into foster care, and thats why i was telling my sister to wait, so i sent Chenoa saying something like this jiust alot longer " hey chenoa i was talk to my sister bout you and she wants you to go into foster care abd shes willing to take you in, she was planing to do fostering next year but shes willing to change her plans for you," that was like the first part of it, i just have this idk protective sister like feeling over her, it makes me cry to know that she gets beatin, i was beating when i lived with my mom, and its not right, but whos being the better person me or Tammie- my sister-
