I am looking for dvd/book/video on applying hair extensions. From consultation to cutting/blending in.?

I am looking to buy dvds, books or videos about applying hair extensions, preferably the type that are stitched to a braid of the client's natural hair. I would like it to start with a consultation, colour matching right through to cutting the extensions to blend in with the natural hair.
