Why is it only appropriate to walk away from the negotiation when discussing closing corporate tax loopholes?

Republicans refuse to grow up and tackle this problem. They are pandering to their base in front of the cameras. Behind the scenes, they whine, stomp their feet, and throw their toys around when they don;t get everything they want from Obama.
