About AIT and other stuff...?

ok so my husband is due home from AIT on may 15 and hes gettin all kinds of BS and hes making me confused. first of all one sgt. told him he has to pay for his trip back home after AIT. then another sgt. says the army pays for it. Second we cant pack or anything yet cause it says hes going to KNOX but today a sgt. told him that hes going to hawaii. third if he enrolled his family in the deers thing will we automatically be on his orders for PCS? a sgt. told him that his paper orders are takes a long time if your family isnt on it. fourth another sgt. told him something about going strait to KNOX after AIT then asking for leave to go home to pack and get his family. so ya IM CONFUSED...please help thanks
