Why is this boy acting so stupid?

I was at some family friends house, and their neighbor starts introducing himself, like he never met me. And then I remembered that we met 3 years ago, when I was in 3rd grade, and he was in fourth grade. We met at a day camp that I only went to on days off, and he only went once. He stared at me alot that day at camp, he put a note in my coat, and he said he wanted to se me at the park. The only problem was he never said which park. And then I told my friends about this guy. So they found this boy at his own playground a couple months later. He was only there, because there was some girl who looked like Lindsey Lohan. And then he starts telling them he goes to their church. And one of them said "I know who you are, and she never wants to see you agian." and he just looked confused from what I heard. So three years later, he starts talking to me, as if he never ditched me. I do look a bit different now.(long hair, bosoms) did he not recognize me?
