Question about bad teeth?

O.k heres the question, ok all my teeth feel really strong, none of them wobble. but my back ones are worn away to about 2mm in hight(they are level with the actual gum) they are sore at the back... the gums around my front teeth look rotten black and white...but again those teeth feel fine, no pain at the front and they do not wobble either.. i am going to the doctors tomorrow, i really want to know if i will have to get my teeth taken out...
