I find writing my feelings in a diary helps. Cry your heart out till you cant cry anymore. Find things to occupy your time, to keep your mind off him. Meet new people. Your better off without him anyways. He is just a peice of $h!t who doesn't deserve you. Your wayyy better off. Think of the negative aspects of him. How is your life better now? Talk to a close friend, a councelor, someone you care about. Have people who will make you feel a lot better. Talk to people who share the same pain. Finally.. you will let go....
