This looks really good. The only suggestion is since you don't have a work history for them to call then you should list 3 references instead of saying "Available upon request". They can be teachers, neighbors or friends you have volunteered with. Anyone who can vouch for your work ethic or character. You should get hired. Weekends are the hardest shifts to fill. Definitely mention you want weekends on the interview.
