My Man Doesnt Appreciate !!! help?

I have been dating this guys for quite a while ... I like him alot but he doesnt have time for me . he works all day 6 days a week. I try to believe him but at the same time I kow I cannot think negative without seeing proof when he gets home he is always tired when he calls me on break its for only 5 minutes the most I remembered was 15 minutes. I feel like there are more better guys out there that would give me the time of the day or at least try . I love this guy a lot he says he loves me too he hangs out with me on the weekends but when he does I don't feel as appreciated... What should I do. should I leave but i could regret it ... or should I try to stay since im not talking to any other man but at the same time can be ping another great man ... Please Help !!!
