Loose winter fat???????

I live In upstate ny and the temperature here is COLD! Around 15-20 degrees. I don't go outside unless i need to. I have a elliptical that I run on 15 minutes a day. I am eating the same food that I have always eating but since its winter I don't burn it off like a normally would. I am 5'9 and in the spring, fall, summer time of year I weigh 140. In winter I weight 150. My diet is mainly meat, corn, boxed food like mac n cheese, and I do eat sugary foods. I walk my dog almost every day but when I do its no more then 20 mins. I usually have a apple or nothing for breakfast. What are some good breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas? A list for each would be nice so I never run out of ideas. Exercise ideas for inside. Thanks
