Realistically, do we have a chance of lowering the drinking age in the next 3 years?

Maybe not 18, but I seriously agree it needs to be lowered to 19 or 20, if we are considered "adults" and can go to war and all that. And please don't give the "not emotionally ready" people are different, some people under 21 might abuse the right, just as people above 21 would. There are stupid people in all age groups, but I feel like thats saying "Well one child in the cl misbehaved so lets punish the majority" how do you feel? Opinions? Keep it professional ladies and gentlemen.
