Is my guinea pig sneezing?

My guinea will run about, eat, play, wheek but she's been "sneezing" a lot. I got her 2 days ago and she used carefresh at the store, but I have a feeling it might have something to do with her bedding, she didn't make this noise the first day I had her. It sounds like a sharp exhale of air. I know the other signs are lethargy, runny eyes, nose, etc. but no other signs have come up. Should I get a different bedding? If so, what would you reccommend?
