Definitely not normal but are u sure your not near any phones cause that can **** up the headset kind of erm also check on other devices to see if it has the same problem or try replacing batteries aswell if there really is no solution i say return them to seller or if its over 30 days return then call monsters up since its obviously a build malfunction that's their fault.
