Can I get a job at 14?

I don't know what city you live in. In my city (Cleveland, Ohio), you can't even get a working permit until you are 15. And even then, people are kind of apprehensive about hiring someone so young. My first job was as a cashier at K-Mart, when I was 15, and it was no fun. I think there are some good places for teenagers to work that could be fun - do you have a Cold Stone Creamery by you? Or a Cinemark movie theater? If you work at Cinemark, you and a friend get in free to any movie, and you get free popcorn and drink. I had lots of friends who had jobs there in high school, and we never had to pay for movies.
